In a VoIP Business phone system a sound library plays an important role in providing smooth and professional user experience. A sound library consists of audio files that may be built in or you can also upload files from your system that users can hear during different interactions.

VoIP Business allows you to upload audio files seamlessly in the sound library and use it for different modules. It enables you to get a more refined and customized audio experience.
- Start by logging into your VoIP Business account.
- Click on the settings icon present in the left side bar.
- Scroll down and click on the Sound library option.
- Here you can see different modules including MOH, IVR and announcements.
- Now click on +add sound button in the top right corner.
- A new interface will appear.
- Choose the file you want to upload and click on the Upload button. the audio file from your system.
You can use this audio file whenever you want.
How Can You View Sound Files Separately For Different Modules?
- You can easily view sound separately for different modules. When you access the sound library by following the procedure described above you will see all the modules.
- Click on your required module.
- A new interface will appear where you can see all the audio files for the selected module.
How Can You Search Audio Files in The Sound Library?
In the VoIP Business Sound Library Option you also have the option to search sound.
Follow the steps below to search a sound file:
- Log into your account and go to settings.
- Navigate to the Sound Library.
- Click on Search Sound in the eight corner.
- There appear different options including All, Mine, Shared with me and Systems.
- Click on the required option to filter the sound files.
